Issued by JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS

7.1 Definition of Prototype

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Prototype” refers to any physical, digital, conceptual, cinematic, schematic, or operational representation of proprietary technologies developed, commissioned, or archived by JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS. This includes magnetic thruster assemblies, anti-gravity propulsion frameworks, control architectures, blueprint derivatives, and associated visual or narrative assets.

7.2 Ownership & Sovereignty

All rights, title, and interest in the Prototype—including intellectual property, trade dress, narrative constructs, and technical schematics—shall remain exclusively with JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS. No transfer of ownership, license, or derivative rights shall be implied or granted through disclosure, collaboration, or observation unless explicitly codified in a separate, signed agreement ratified by JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS.

7.3 Use Restrictions

Recipient shall not reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, deploy, or derive any technology, asset, or operational logic from the Prototype without prior written authorization from JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS. Permitted use is strictly limited to evaluation, feedback, or co-development under direct oversight and operational discretion of JANUS DEFENSE SYSTEMS.

7.4 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Recipient agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the Prototype.
