JANUS Defense Systems (“JANUS”) continues its mission of sovereign innovation, operational resilience, and principled alignment. The following Confidentiality & Coexistence Agreement (NDA-PRX-7) formalizes protective measures for all parties accessing JANUS-originated assets—whether through active exchange or passive observation. This protocol underpins our ethos of ethical innovation, cinematic integrity, and strategic coexistence across national and sectoral lines.

Definition of Confidential Information

All JANUS-distributed content—including technical materials, cinematic archives, operational frameworks, strategic communications, and derivative works—shall be treated as Confidential Information. This applies across all formats, mediums, and engagement pathways.

Recipient Definition & Observer Coverage

“Recipient” refers to any individual, entity, or system directly or indirectly interacting with JANUS assets. This includes:

  • Named organizations and their affiliates

  • Observers accessing livestreams, proxy feeds, virtual machines, and digital interfaces

  • Viewers identified via IP, telemetry, device IDs, or behavioral patterns

Access—regardless of interactivity or geography—constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

Observer Attribution Protocol

JANUS asserts observer accountability across all touchpoints. Passive viewership, metadata scraping, or reverse signal mapping triggers binding confidentiality. Recipients must:

  • Monitor and restrict third-party viewership

  • Prevent unauthorized retention or behavioral analysis

  • Refrain from forensic exposure lineage tracking without JANUS authorization

Violation of observer anonymity or digital footprint control constitutes breach.

Coexistence Alignment

Recipient agrees to uphold coexistence with JANUS parallel entities, including JANUS Maritime and JANUS Archives. This includes:

  • Mutual non-infringement of strategic positioning

  • Preservation of legacy frameworks

  • Respect for cinematic, cultural, and sovereign demarcations

Global Reach & Retroactive Binding

This Agreement applies globally, across time zones and distribution formats. Retrospective exposure via archived or rebroadcasted material retains binding force.

Duration

Confidentiality shall extend ten (10) years of post-disclosure or indefinitely where JANUS sovereign frameworks or archival content is concerned.

Enforcement

JANUS reserves full rights to:

  • Seek injunctive and compensatory remedies

  • Enforce territorial or operational jurisdiction

  • Escalate violations to legal or diplomatic channels

Recipients may be formally onboarded via signature or are automatically bound by virtue of content exposure. Coexistence with JANUS systems is contingent upon adherence to this agreement.
